Recently established in Knaresborough,our aim at K-Town Crafts & Home services is to provide a high quality, great value, locally hand crafted

alternative to the mass- produced  mostly imported, product supplied by

the large corporate retailers.

We also want you, the customer to get exactly what you want; not just

what's in stock or what's in fashion. So we are happy to provide a

bespoke design and build service, creating everything from window

boxes to raised beds. Storage chests, furniture, rabbit runs and hutches, dog kennels, decking, sheds and fences.

Additionally we provide a reasonably priced garden maintenance/

handyman service. Happy to tackle all those little jobs that you don't have the time for or that the tradesmen aren't really interested in. Leaky tap?

Wobbly slab? Need a lightswitch or socket replacing? Or an outdoor tap?

Maybe the lawn or hedge needs a trim or your beds and borders need

Hi! I'm Phil and I'm the founder and proprieter of K-Town Crafts and home services. (Sounds posh doesn't it? In fact I am K-Town Crafts and home services)

After 17 years working for leading DIY retailers, following a varied career that included gardening and cabinet making; I found myself with the opportunity to go it alone. It had become apparent to me that customers were seldom getting the best from the large retailers; whether in choice, value or service.

Every one of our planters is a unique, hand crafted item which can be supplied on it's own or ready planted with flowers, herbs, veg, bulbs; whatever. They are all made from treated timber so they will stay looking good as natural wood or they can be supplied coloured in a range of attractive shades and effects. The choice is yours.

I will make any size from a small box for a single plant through window boxes and Bay tree planters to raised beds.

I am also happy to tackle larger projects such as decking,fences, sheds, garden furniture, arches and arbours, rabbit hutches and runs and dog kennels.

Plus, I provide a competitively priced garden maintenance service for your hedges, lawns and borders.

I don't however just work outdoors; in fact for half the year I'd rather not! so contact me too for all your minor repair and DIY jobs from replacing light fittings,sockets, switches and cooker elements, repairs to furniture and kitchen units, fixing leaks and squeaks and drips and droops,cracks and scratches. No job too small.
